The only time a content item should be deleted is if the business is permanently closed or if it is a duplicate. If the business is temporarily inactive, request Unpublish instead. Be sure to contact the partner (if possible) to confirm the business is no longer in service before requesting the action to delete the content. Confirm with Team Lead before unpublishing or deleting content.


 


Listings:


Step 1: Look to see if the Listing has an offer attached to it as the primary listing. If yes, speak with team lead and add to the list for discussion. 


Step 2: Search and click on the desired content item in the dashboard. Select the listing and select unpublish or delete.


 


If the content requires input from the ATIS team:


Step 2: Create a new support ticket and assign it to an ATIS Admin with the question or explanation.


Step 3: Note any user that may be on file for the item so that the account can be closed (if no other content exists for that user).


If the item has never been published before (i.e. it is in first draft or first pending approval, the agent can delete the item without requesting it. Please be sure to provide a comprehensive description in the pop-up box.
