- Draft: A Draft version of the content is typically still being worked on. It is possible to have a published version and a draft version of a piece of content.
- Published: Content that is published has been approved by the system Admins and is live (able distributed on TravelAlberta.com).
- Pending Review: Once content is submitted, it goes to an Admin to review. During this period the content will be in a state of Pending Review. Agents should aim to review content within two business days of the content being submitted.
- Requires Information: If an Admin requires a partner to edit their content item, they may send it back to the partner to address before the content is published. Content that has been sent back to the partner for review is changed to Pending Review. An item may have a published version and a Pending Review version of a content item.
- Archive: Content that is removed from ATIS is not deleted, but rather archived. This ensures that record of the content still exists and the partner can still access pertinent reporting for the archived content.
- Expired: Events or Offers that no longer have active dates are expired. Events expire one day after the end date and offers automatically expire one year after the start date indicated on the Offer.
