Events can only be added and updated by one user account; therefore, it is not possible to have multiple user associations on an Event.

A user is not required to associate an Event to a Listing, but is encouraged when possible. Events associated with a Listing will display when the Listing is viewed on TravelAlberta.com.

Unlike Offers, which can have up to 10 associated Listings, you can only associate one Listing to an Event. Once an Event is associated to a Listing, you cannot change or delete this association. If you need this changed, you will need to archive or delete the Event and create a new Event.

At this time, Offers cannot be associated with Events. If it makes sense to create an Offer for an Event, you must create a Listing first. To determine if this is possible, please escalate to Travel Alberta.
