A user account can have multiple Listings associated with it (with different permission levels). Conversely, a Listing may have multiple accounts associated to it.
The actions a user can perform on a Listing are based on the user's permission level for that particular Listing (this is determined at the Listing level. Users may have a different permission level for different Listings.) A Viewer can view the Listing content and related reporting but cannot edit, delete or associate the Listing to Offers or Events.
Listings can be moved from one user account to another, with Admin access (see adding an account to a Listing) or added to accounts easily, and there are no restrictions on the number of users you can associate to a Listing (for simplicity it’s best to keep this number below 10, when possible).
Each listing is required to have at least one user with Admin permission. Users with Admin permission receive all email notifications when a Listing has been edited, updated or associated to an Offer, so it is encouraged to only associate users as Admin who will actually monitor and update the Listing.
