There are two unique versions of ATIS - Core and Admin.

There are unique URLs, logins and permissions to access each version of ATIS.

ATIS Core

The ATIS Core version is made accessible to business users, consisting primarily of our partners. Partners use ATIS Core to enter, update ad manage their content. With the exception of troubleshooting from the perspective of partners, agents will not typically login to the ATIS Core version.

A Core Account must be created to become an ATIS User (ATIS Core User).

A Core Account is required to access and add content to the ATIS platform. An ATIS Core User cannot publish their content.

Publishing must be done by an ATIS Admin User. Admin User status is reserved for TA staff, Contact Centre team members, and select partners.

An ATIS user can create and access multiple pieces of content (no limit) within ATIS. Conversely, one piece of content may have multiple users associated with it, depending on the content type.

Once a user sets up an account, the email on that account cannot be changed.

The actions a user can perform are dependent on their permission level for the specific piece of content. A permission level is set at either Admin access or Viewer access, and is determined at the content level (not at the user level), which means a user may have different access levels for different pieces of content.

Viewer: Can view content and content reports, but cannot edit or associate it to Offers or Events as the primary Listing.

Admin: Can perform all actions that a Viewer can perform, but can also edit and associate content to other Offers and Events.

Each Listing must have at least one Admin account associated with it.
