Confirm that the account has been created in ATIS:


Step 1: Choose Admin and Select Core Users.


Step 2: Search for the User Name and ensure that the user’s email address is the one that they are logging in with.


Sept 3: If the user is not in ATIS, have the user sign up again.


Step 4: If the account status is ‘active’, have the user perform a Forgot User request


Step 5: If the account is ‘not active’, have the user check their Spam folder


Step 6: If the request is not in their spam folder, escalate to Travel Alberta.
