The user must enter the email that was originally submitted for the account. If an account does not exist with their email, have them create a new account. Follow the procedure of moving content from one account to another.
Step 1: Check that the User exists in ATIS (Select Admin – Core Users) and search for the user.
Step 2: Have the user go to http://www.atis.travelalberta.com and select ‘Forgot Password’ or go directly to the Password reset link: https://atis.travelalberta.com/Account/ResetPassword.
If this fails, escalate to Travel Alberta staff.
For those who still have access to their account (e.g.: password saved in browser cache), but would still like to change their password, they can access it in ATIS: Admin > My Account > Change Password.
