If a partner has moved on from a company but is still receiving email about the listing:


1) Check if the listing has another Admin on the account. If it does, remove the User as an admin.


2) Check to see if the user has any other listings under their name. If so, follow the procedure in step 1.


3) Check if the partner has an event in their name. If so, this event will need to stay in their name until the event expires.


4) If the listings do not have any other Admins listed, find another suitable contact within the organization through an outbound calling procedure. If this cannot be done quickly, move the listing to the general atis@travelalberta.com account on an interim basis.


5) Close the account in ATIS
