Before Contacting the Partner

Step 1: Open listing; look at any notes on the file and go through the partner’s website to determine what Listings/Events/Offers they are eligible for and pull out key points for discussion.

Step 2: Open all the Listings, Events and Offers associated with the user. Check for duplicate Listings.

Step 3: If there are duplicates follow the Duplicates Procedure.

Step 4: Look through the Listing Report – examine Qualified Traveller and Health Score. If the Health Score is low, determine areas to improve.

Step 5: Determine if the description and images adhere to best practices.

Step 6: Determine which editor to contact (start with the listing history and choose the latest person to update the listing). If the phone number is missing, pull from the website.

Step 7: If there is no owner, research a contact.
