If a partner edits an ATIS content item that is already published, the system creates a new draft version that will remain in ATIS as a draft until it is submitted for review.
Agents can delete a draft version of a Listing, without deleting the published version. This allows them to revert to a prior version, before the edits were made.
Items that are in Draft, Requires Information or Pending Review may have a published version of the content.
How to tell if a published version of a Listing exists:
Step 1: Click on the content item from the list of Listings, Events or Offers
Step 2: Click on the 'Item Actions' item in the left menu
If a published version exists, the Agent will see it in a dropdown in the top left corner above the green ITEM ACTIONS header.
If you would like to delete the item outright, you will need to first delete the draft version of the item by selecting ‘Delete Draft Version’ in the Item Action Tab at the bottom of the page. Once the version has been deleted, you can request an Unpublish or Delete on the published version of the item.
