Step 1: Walk through all of the Offers that are listed under a partner. Partners will only see Offers that they are Admin on. Are these still valid?
Step 2: How did the Offer perform? Is there a way to improve the Offer to make it more appealing (see what makes a great Offer)?
Step 3: Walk through Content:
- Title: Include business name or region in the title: Snow Days in Banff, Stay three nights for the price of two in Lethbridge
- Offer Link - link to the page with package details. If the Offer is not on the website, be sure to include details in the description of where to book and get more information.
- Select one Listing that the partner owns to associate content to. Partner MUST be the Admin (not a viewer) on a content item in order to add an Offer to the Listing.
- Ensure the Offer is using the correct activity tags and amenity tags that pertain to that particular Offer.
- Add any additional Listings that partner with the offer.
- Is the price point correct?
- Does the link direct to the right page on the partner’s site?
Step 4: Save for Later (DO NOT SUBMIT ON BEHALF OF THE PARTNER). In order to submit this Offer, the partner MUST log in and submit their own Offer. This prevents liability and risk for items with a price point. Walk through this process with them, or send instructions and follow up at a later date if the Offer has not been submitted.
