There are two reports available in ATIS: Performance and Articles.

Performance: Shows Qualified Travellers (QTs) for Listings, Events and Offers

Articles: Shows Engagement metrics (people who read an article that was associated to a partner’s Listing)

Performance

Viewing a report for a user will show you the total QTs for all the content that the user has associated to their account, as opposed to just a single item. Partners can view reports for content that they are Admin’s or Editors. You can also drill into the QTs for a specific content item, which allows partners to see how each of their content items are performing individually.

Step 1: Select Reports – Performance

Step 2: Select the Date Range that you want to isolate. You may select from three predetermined date ranges in the dropdown.

  • All Qualified Travellers to Date (April 1, 2016 to current date)
  • All Qualified Travellers in the current fiscal (April 1, 2017 to Current Date)
  • All Qualified Travellers in the previous fiscal (April 1, 2016 to April 1, 2017

Step 3: Enter a Core User’s email address and select Filter.

Total Qualified Travellers by Content Type
Total Qualified Travellers by Content Type shows the total qualified travellers broken down by Offers, Listings and Events. Totals are displayed in a pie chart and as a total for each.

Total Qualified Travellers by Device
This pie chart shows qualified travellers broken down by device type. Device Types include Tablet, Desktop and Mobile Devices.

Top 5 Performing Listings, Offers, Events
This chart shows the top 5 performing content items that the partner has access to. This will include all content sorted from the items with the most qualified travellers, to the items with the least qualified travellers.

Total Qualified Traveller by Market

This table displays the Qualified Traveller (QTs) totals by ATIS market. Markets refer to the corresponding websites that Travel Alberta supports, not by the actual geo location of the visitor. For example, if a visitor from India finds their way to the English Canada version of travelalberta.com (en-CA) and they perform an action resulting in a Qualified Traveller conversion, the resulting QT would be counted toward the en-CA totals. The same applies if a visitor from the UK visits the US version of travelalberta.com (en-US). This QT would be counted toward the en-US market and not the en-GB market, as the action was performed on the US site.

Articles

Article views refers to the number of times a consumer has engaged with article content on travelalberta.com or other digital channels utilized by Travel Alberta, including social channels, third-party bloggers and more.

The only articles views that are displayed in the table are articles that the user has loaded. No other article stats will be available to the user.
