When to reject and Delete a Listing outright:


If a partner submits content that does not align with TA business rules, or cannot be categorized within an existing ATIS category or type, then a Listing can be deleted.


Always send an external note to a partner with the reason that the Listing cannot be approved.


When to request additional feedback:


If the Listing only requires minor edits or feedback, consider following up with the partner via phone or approving the Listing and adding a note with additional instructions.


If a Listing is missing vital information, or requires edits that are integral to the consumers’ understanding of the business (e.g. if the website link is broken, the phone number is not correct, or you suspect that there is misinformation in the Listing description), then respond to the Listing by selecting Requires Feedback in the approval process and providing instructions for the business in the copy field provided.
